At AC/DC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn fashion items with original tags attached. If your gear doesn't rock your world, we'll make the exchange or refund process as seamless as a power chord.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
